The 7 steps of our 12-month journey
STEP 1 - 360° EVALUATION OF MANAGEMENT PRACTICES
Using our 360° evaluation tool, managers identify their strengths and weaknesses in their management practices.
STEP 2 - IDENTIFICATION OF DEVELOPMENT PRIORITIES
With their direct supervisor, managers target their development priorities based on the company's challenges and objectives.
STEP 3 - LEADERSHIP TRAINING-ACTION
Managers discover the tools and methods to achieve their development objectives through targeted training (in-person and e-learning).
STEP 4 - DEVELOPMENT PLAN CONSTRUCTION
Managers build a specific development plan to engage in the implementation of their learning priorities.
STEP 5 - IMPLEMENTATION AND SHARING OF EXPERIENCES
In implementing their development plans, managers experiment with the methods and tools of the training program in their daily work and in their relationships with their employees. Over a period of 9 months, within a structured peer group, they regularly share their challenges to identify new, more effective practices to apply.
STEP 6 - PROGRESS MEASUREMENT
Managers invite their employees to evaluate their progress in relation to the development objectives identified at the beginning of the journey.
STEP 7 - VALIDATION AND CELEBRATION OF RESULTS
Managers validate the impact of their progress on individual and collective performance. Results are celebrated with peer groups and direct managers. Managers receive their certificate of achievement and congratulations within a dedicated event.
