Designed entirely from the team's context and objectives, this coaching program aims to develop and secure the collective performance of a group of managers engaged within an executive committee.
Over a period of 6 to 12 months, it accompanies the development of the team's internal performance (its dynamics and procedures) as well as its external performance (mission and credibility) that will legitimize the reputation of the C-suite.

The 6 stages of our team coaching
STAGE 1 - TEAM PERFORMANCE DIAGNOSIS
With our various diagnostic tools, we identify the strengths and sources of dysfunction of the team. The diagnosis is done through an online questionnaire and/or interviews with team members. We analyze 4 factors:
The team's ability to integrate its mission and objectives
The team's ability to unite towards a common goal
The team's ability to function productively and efficiently
The team's ability to demonstrate its credibility to stakeholders
STAGE 2 - IDENTIFICATION OF TEAM PRIORITIES
With the team manager, we determine the team's development priorities in relation to the diagnostic results and the company's objectives. The manager decides on the specific points that will need to be addressed with the team.
STAGE 3 - DESIGN OF A TEAM ALIGNMENT WORKSHOP
Based on the diagnosis and the team's priorities, a coach specialized in team dynamics builds a specific workshop to share the findings and create awareness of the need for change. The workshop sequences are shared with the manager to align roles and expectations before inviting team members. On this occasion, logistical details and possible fun activities are determined to finalize the program.
STAGE 4 - ALIGNMENT WORKSHOP ANIMATION
Team members are invited to discover the findings on the team's functioning mode and to share their opinions and perceptions. The coach creates the conditions for a constructive exchange and leads the participants to identify concrete and realistic solutions to gain collective performance. The workshop results in a structured development plan over a period ranging from 3 to 6 months.
We accompany the manager and the team in implementing the discipline necessary to execute the team's development plan. The accompaniment journey, over a period of 3 to 9 months, is set up at a regular frequency and measures the team's progress with specific indicators. The accompaniment modalities are determined according to the context and objectives of the development plan.
STAGE 6 - TEAM COACHING PROGRAM ASSESSMENT
A feedback workshop with the team is organized at the end of the program to valorize the new collective functioning modes and their impacts on performance. A review of progress is made compared to the initial diagnosis.
